Keeping Up With Trends & AI
During the busiest period at my current role, I led the team handling over 5,000 shirt orders. I noticed that many colleagues would typically spend 30–60 minutes completing just 20 orders due to repetitive design tasks. To improve efficiency, I took initiative and developed a custom AI script to automate parts of the design workflow. This innovation reduced a task that would normally take an hour down to just 2 minutes, ensuring all designs were ready for production on time. This experience demonstrates how I combine leadership, problem-solving, and AI-driven efficiency to meet business goals, skills I would bring to any digital marketing role, where speed, accuracy, and creativity are essential. I also developed a custom AI script that analysed all of our orders and provided actionable insights. The script highlighted our most active clubs, identified clubs that hadn’t placed orders in a long time, and flagged those at risk of being lost. This allowed our team to prioritise outreach, make data-driven decisions, and improve overall customer retention and workflow efficiency.
